1967 Mustang Coupe 427

Here is my 1967 Mustang Coupe Deluxe Interior original color red.
I have been restoring this car for 3 years.
The glass is the latest item installed.
I still need to do the buckets and bench seat,
The engine runs great, it sounds like a nascar.
The engine is a 351 W Stroked to 427
Roller cam, roller lifters, roller rocker
forged cnc rods, edelbrock performer
rpm air gap dual quad endurashine intake, The AOD was built by Ivar at
Kelowna Transmission and I call it a
(AOD camaro killer), Rack and pinion steering from
Randall's Rack in Kelowna. I installed it myself and it wasn't hard at all, even with the 1/8"steel plating on both sides of the front frame rails. It also has welded frame connectors.
The 11/16 adjustable rear swaybar was one of the most difficult things to install, I must have had it in and out ten times trying to make sure that it would not interfer with anything.
The rear axle is a 9" ordered new from the states, traclock 3.5":1 with 31 spline Moser axles.
Welded Shelby track bars keep everything together along with new reverse eye leaf springs.
The engine was built by Kevin at Okanagan Engines with estimated 500 hp. Ignition timing is 40 degrees BTDC, Mechanical advance small distributor, MSD ignition with rev limmiter.
The air cleaner is K&N from a 67 Mustang 427. I built my own air cleaner due to the taller intake manifold. The wheels are 17" aluminium triple chrome plated, tires are 275 40 ZR 17 rear and
225 45 ZR 17 front. I still need to take it in for a wheel alignment. I only have 10 miles on the car since restoring it. The car was Purchased new in Edmonton, 38 years later a fellow in Edmonton bought the delapitated car with no engine or transmission for his retired brother in kelowna for his birthday. The car was stripped and put on a rotissorie. Interest was lost and that's when I bought the car, totally disassembled on a rotissorie with floors cut and rear fenders cut off.
My wife couldn't believe her eyes when I started filling the garage up with all those dirty parts.
That was three years ago and I still have the interior to finish.

Ground up restoration almost complete.

Engine runs great.
